Cancellation Policy

I would appreciate 24 hour notice for cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation or a no show, a 50% deposit may be required to book your next appointment. 

Not happy?

At Salon 86, I want you to love your hair. If you do not, please call me! I would appreciate an opportunity to make things right.

Please call within 72 hours of your initial service to discuss options. A consultation will be needed, which can be done in person or over the phone. Options could include, but are not limited to, adding a few extra foils, fine tuning a haircut or adjusting tone.

It will not include additional services.

If you have changed your mind about the look that you requested and would like to change, regular fees will apply.

I would recommend using professional products to maintain your colour and help avoid issues with colour fading prematurely.

I do not issue refunds on services.

Colour Corrections

A colour correction is any service that requires a drastic change. This can include, but is not limited to, going from a darker to a much lighter hair colour, removing box dye hair colour applied at home, fixing an undesired hair colour, having your full head of hair foiled, or a global bleach colour. 

All colour corrections require an in person consultation prior to making an appointment.

Many colour corrections require more than one appointment to achieve the desired result.
